When we receive your email request for goods from our website, we will provide you with a costs for the goods, packing and transport and VAT.
If this is acceptable to you, please send us your purchase order. Lead Times vary from a couple of days for stocked items to up to 8 weeks for custom built items. When we provide you with the cost for the goods we will also confirm estimated lead times.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland or to addresses outside of Great Britain mainland (this includes the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and the Channel Isles).
Our primary logistics partners are DPD, DHL (up to 25 kgs) and Dascher (over 25kgs and palletised shipments). We aim to have goods delivered within 1 week of despatch from our West London Facility.
For all other orders:
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland or to addresses outside of Great Britain mainland (this includes the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and the Channel Isles). Please see your dispatch confirmation for estimated delivery date.
We will use all reasonable means to deliver your order within the time stated for the delivery service, however please note that any dates we specify for delivery of Products are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
We recommend that you keep your receipt, which can be found on your Order Acknowledgment or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery (you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiry).
Working days are defined as Monday-Friday, from 9am until 5pm and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
Delivery arrangements
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Order Acknoledgment, unless there is an Event outside Our Control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event outside Our Control we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt (we recommend that you inspect the Products delivered carefully before signing).
Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address you gave us. Palletised deliveries do not include offloading. Please ensure you have the relevant equipment to transfer goods from the delivery vehicle.
If you the driver is unable to deliver to your address on the first attempt, a delivery card will be left advising you to contact our shipper to rearrange a convenient delivery time. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Products purchased will be returned to the carrier’s depot or to us at the shipper’s discretion. You will be responsible for any additional charges from the transport company, if they are unable to redeliver through no fault of their own.
The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
Consumer rights
We sell only to commercial entities and do not sell to consumers. You will not be covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you purchase goods from us.
This also applies to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Refunds and cancellations Policy
We will provide a full refund including the cost of transport to you in the event of goods being faulty do to defects in materials and/or workmanship within the first 14 days from delivery. This is subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and confirmation.
After the first 14 days, the goods will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Goods ordered in error may be returned to us with prior written approval. They will be subject to a 25% restocking charge provided they are returned in as new sellable condition.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 working days of receipt of your purchase order.
Returns procedure
To return faulty Products, you should contact us by phone, in the first instance on 020 8749 6610 and describe the nature of the issue. We will make arrangements to collect the goods from you via one of our logistics partners. Please retain all original packaging and reseal as required for transport.
Pricing Policy
On completion of your goods request on the Website, we will respond with an offer quotation based on the quantities and items you require. Payment terms will also be clearly shown. Each quotation will be valid for at least 30 days. All quotations are on an individual circumstance basis and are non-transferable.
